The St. Clair County Library System’s Library for Assistive Media and Talking Books serves eligible residents of St. Clair, Huron, Sanilac, and Tuscola counties who cannot use standard print because of blindness, vision impairment, physical limitations, or qualifying reading disabilities. Services include braille, large print, descriptive videos, audio materials, talking-book equipment, BARD access, and free braille embossing for eligible patrons and organizations.
